H&H Executive Ltd operates a Mercedes-Benz V300d Extra Long Exclusive for your comfort.
1. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
H&H Executive Ltd operates in full compliance with Stockport Council Private Hire Operator licensing conditions.
All bookings are pre-booked and recorded in accordance with licensing rules.
Booking records are retained for the period required and made available to authorities on request.
Only licensed drivers and licensed vehicles are used for passenger journeys.
2. Insurance & Vehicle Safety
All vehicles are insured for hire & reward and are additionally covered by public liability insurance.
Vehicles are maintained to manufacturer standards and undergo regular safety and condition checks.
No vehicle is dispatched if a known safety defect exists.
3. Driver Standards & Conduct
All chauffeurs hold valid Executive hire driver licences.
All drivers are DBS-checked.
Professional conduct is mandatory — discretion, confidentiality and courteous behaviour are expected at all times.
Drivers are prohibited from smoking, vaping or using handheld devices whilst transporting passengers.
4. Booking, Waiting & Deviations
No journey is undertaken without operator confirmation.
Additional stops, changes in destination or extended waiting must be authorised before commencement and may be chargeable.
Waiting time may apply after any agreed allowance.
5. Night-time Operations
Journeys scheduled between 20:00 and 06:00 may be subject to a night-rate supplement.
Night operations are only carried out by rested, compliant chauffeurs.
6. Payments & Charging
All published rates are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Tolls, parking and regulatory fees are re-charged at cost.
Corporate accounts may be invoiced subject to approval and agreed terms.
7. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time may be subject to full charge.
Failure of a passenger to attend the collection point (“no-show”) may be charged at full fare.
8. Lost Property
Items left in vehicles are recorded and held for 28 days.
The customer is responsible for arranging collection of lost items from the operator.
Property not collected within 28 days may be disposed of.
9. Equality Statement

Assistance is provided to passengers with additional needs in accordance with licensing and equality legislation.
10. Safeguarding Statement
H&H Executive Ltd is committed to the safety and welfare of all passengers, including vulnerable adults and children.
Any safeguarding concern observed by a driver will be reported to the operator and, where appropriate, to the relevant authority.
11. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Booking information is used solely for the fulfilment of transport services.
Data is stored securely and retained only as required by law and licensing conditions.
Client information and journey details are not disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
